Our expertise covers structural analysis and design procedures, for both new and rehabilitation projects, modeling techniques, optimization of structural systems, detailing structural layouts and materials specifications.

We offer design services for buildings and bridges. Our engineers are proficient on structural concrete (reinforced and prestressed concrete), structural metals (steel and aluminum), structural masonry (reinforced, confined and plain masonry), and structural wood (natural and laminated).

We use a wide variety of design and drawing tools that include both well known commercial engineering packages and software developed by our engineers.

We have learned that we must think in order to design, design in order to detail, and detail to allow economical building.

Our well trained and experienced staff is familiar with the different standards to which a structural design must adhere in different parts of the world, including the main codes published for concrete, masonry and steel structures.

Our staff actively participates in design and building code development and maintenance around the world in different ways:

* Holding chairs and memberships in various committees of the Colombian Association of Earthquake Engineering, AIS, in charge of development and maintenance of the National Code,

* Holding a chair and membership in committees of ISO TC 71, which is ISO’s Technical Committee in charge of standardization for Structural Concrete, and holding membership in various ACI committees.
